Each side is engraved as a Prophalius astrolabe quadrant, one side for 33 or 38 27' and the other for lat. 30.
Each side of this phrophatius astrolabe quadrant is marked with a prophatius astrolabe projection. This instrument is for telling the time, and is probably the work of an amateur.
