This geographical plan of the Island of Saint Helena is dedicated by permission to Field Marshal His Royal Highness the Duke of Kent and Strathearn by Lieut. R.P. Read.
2nd edition. Single sheet, hand coloured engraving. Scale [1:9,050]. North is at 223 degrees. The chart is ungraduated and has a scale in miles. Land topography is shown in bird's-eye view. Estates and places of interest are named. The sea is decorated with ships and whales. Facsimiles of Napoleon's signatures are reproduced at bottom right.
