Two casts, obverse and reverse of a counter. Obverse: View of Sluys, the crowned shield of Utrecht below. Legend: 'ORD . TRA', 'IEHOVA . PRIVS . DEDERAT.' Reverse: Plan of Ostend. Legend: 'PLVS . QVAM . PERDIDIMVS.' The capture of Sluys in 1604 was seen by the United Provinces as compensating for the loss of Ostend later the same year.
