This map was published in the London Magazine in February 1760 to accompany an article title 'Successful expedition of Gvernor Lyttleton against the Cherokee', describing how Lyttleton used military force to force the Cherokee into alliance with England rather than France. The map is inscribed "Engraved from an Indian Draught by T. Kitchin".
